Free guided meditation for
relaxation & calming
Work through the chakra system to cleanse and clear any blocks or stuck emotions that may be holding you back from fully standing in your soul power. This meditation will help you to bring about healing and transmutation.

A one hour session tailored to your individual needs. Do you have a specific area of your life that you’d like to focus on where you may be feeling stuck. This could range from clearing emotional blocks to personal development in any area of your life or relationships. Try a session (note up to six sessions are recommended for best results).

Soul Freedom Program
This 12 week programme helps those feeling stuck in their emotions. Intensive one to one sessions (one per week) enable you to identify anything that is holding you back, the root cause for it and how to release it and reprogram your heart and thinking around this. So you can step into your soul purpose, creating a life of joy, freedom and abundance.

Individual Energy Clearing
These one to one energy clearing sessions offer a gentle healing experience. A relaxing reiki energy session that aims to bring about peace and harmony.

More about my healing services
As a Life Mentor, I offer one to one sessions that empower others by helping them to make, meet and exceed goals in both their personal and professional lives. It is advised to have a least six sessions to truly benefit from the process. I give a free 15 minute introductory session to have a taster of the process.
The Soul Freedom Program offers a more intensive program consisting of 12 one to one sessions, designed for those feeling blocked by their emotions and to help them break free from this. The program helps identify the pain, locate the root cause, reframe their thoughts, help them believe in themselves, reprogram the subconscious conditioning and release the energy attachment to it.
It is suitable for all and very supportive for empaths, those who have experienced narcissistic relationships and Twin Flames (The Twin Flame journey is mirrored by a mirror soul who you have a deep eternal connection with who helps you become the highest version of yourself, sometimes through painful lessons but ultimately for your highest good and souls evolution).
The true Twin Fame path is self mastery and self realisation. It is our inner connection to Mother Father God Source. The ultimate romantic relationship is a reflection of that manifested in physical union. I help Twin Flames and Empaths move from Emotional Pain to Freedom, and Take Back their Power.
I also help you to step into your Soul Purpose and move into a life of joy, freedom and abundance, by balancing the Divine Feminine and Masculine energies within to enable the creation of your Soul Purpose and Mission. I support established Light Leaders to find freedom in their Soul Mission.

Completing the Soul Empowerment programme has been life changing. When I began, I knew what I wanted to do but was full of doubt and fear. Any progress was accomplished after a battle with overwhelm. All of that has gone.
Four weeks ago I handed in notice on my job and I’m about to leap full time into own adventure. I couldn’t have done this without the support of Maria and the programme. She has been brilliant.
